As an event photographer, my aim is to get clients the types of shots which sell the event by making it look helpful & fun to attend, shots that tell a story or make people look like leaders. I also do my best to get shots of each important attendee & speaker.
My strategy of doing this is by building a shot list with clients. A shot list maps out all the pictures which are required or desired by the client. Below you'll find a photography portfolio organized as a sample shot list.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY RATE:
$3,250 per day (8 hours max), or
$2,000 per half day (4 hours max)
INCLUDED IN PRICE:
1hr consultation to develop shot list & timeline.
50-100 photos delivered per event day (organized by timeline or shot type).
Lightly edited/retouched and color corrected images, with some combined moments (to show more smiles).
High-resolution JPG files with full publishing rights. (No watermarks. No need to credit photographer).
Photos delivered digitally via cloud storage: Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. (or flash drive upon request + reimbursement).
5 web-sized JPG images delivered by next morning after each event day for social media use.
Remaining delivered images within 3 days after event.
